Quarter-Life Crisis

We have a lot of expectations for our 20s and 30s, as we transition to adulthood. This age range can be difficult when people are disappointed with aspects of their lives.  This is a time when many people want to form intense romantic relationships, as they think about their futures.  It is a time when many feel lonely and lost, and question the decisions that they are making regarding their careers and relationships.
